One Year Warranty

CGDITool warrants to its customers that this product will be free from all defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one(1)year from the date of the original purchase,subject to the following terms and conditions:
1.The sole responsibility of CGDITool
 under the Warranty is limited to either the repair or,at the option of CGDITool,replacement of the scan tool at no charge with Proof of Purchase.The sales receipt may be used for this purpose.
2.This warranty does not apply to damages caused by improper use,accident,flood,lightning,or if the product was altered or repaired by anyone other than the Manufacturer Service Center.
3.
CGDITool shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use,misuse,or mounting of the scan tool.Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts,so the above limitations may not apply to you.
4.All information in this manual is based on the latest information available at the time of publication and no warranty can be made for its accuracy or completeness. 
CGDITool reserves the right to make changes at any time without notice.

One year warranty:Store or dealer receipt acts as proof of purchase.In lieu of proof of purchase,tool or tablet is warranted one year from tool/tablet registration.

Repair Cost:If under warranty,your 
CGDITool will be repaired or replaced free of charge unless damaged(including but not limited to a cracked screen,broken case,chemical exposure or liquid damage)to accident,abuse,misuse,natural disaster,insufficient or excessive electrical supply,abnormal mechanical or environmental conditions or unauthorized disassembly,repair or modification.If the repaired unit is out of warranty,the customer will be contacted and will be responsible for the repair fee.

Products requiring service should be returned as follows

Call or email the Technical Service Center with your model and serial number to obtain a Return Reference Number.

First, the item you received has quality problem.

If the product you receive can not work once you receive it or it encounter crash in delivery, please contact us within 48 hours after you got it. Our customer service will arrange free exchange or return service for you.

We have a 30 day return policy. All parts must be returned within 30 days of delivery. We do not accept any returns after 30 days, no exceptions. You must submit a support ticket from the Tickets center within 30 days of ordering your product

 

Second, you are not satisfied with the item you buy at CGDITool.DE.

We can also accept return within 30 days if you not satisfied with the item you bought, you can get partial refund (minus the shipping cost,10% handling cost, and cost on items activated if the product needs activating), or exchange to another item you want. Customer need responsible for both shipping fee.

 

Third, you order a wrong item from us.

You can also return back the wrong item to get partial refund (minus the shipping cost), or exchange a right item, customer responsible for extra shipping cost.

 

Fourth, we send you the wrong item.

We will be responsible 100% for any fee caused by this. You can return the wrong item back to us to get full refund or resend you the right item, and we pay the shipping cost to send back.


Notice: Buyer could return back the package to close the registration freely and get refund within one month since they have their package. If over one month, we can not close the registration freely. Need to pay 70USD for this. If the buyer insist to send it back, must afford this cost themselves. If not, we can not accept return and refund.


How much will be my refund?

Refunds will only be issued on the part itself minus any discounts and/or restocking fees. Outgoing shipping charges are not refundable for any reason.


At last, in some particular situation, our return policy can be open for you after our customer service learning your particular problem. Please contact our customer service for this situation.

We promise to obey the return refund policy when the item has the problem below but you must send back the item, after knowing your problem and what you want us to do.


First, For all returns you have an obligation to contact us by using our online chat or emailing us with your return request. Why Contact us is very important. Because unidentifiable packages shipped to our warehouse may become lost or returned to you as unaccepted. So please talk to us before shipping back any product.
